  Super disappointed with our lunch visit today. We are big fans of your restaurant and visit often. Today we got in at about 11:50 and decided to sit at the couches at the lounge with my wife and 3 kids, another couple with their 2 year old would shortly join us. Our waitress seemed so busy with everyone else and even to order our drinks took at least 20 minutes. Long story short , we didn't receive our food untold 1:45. When we did finally receive it 3 orders were incomplete and wrong and my buffalo chicken wrap only had 2 pieces of chicken in it. Very weak. I'm in the service industry and I understand sometimes things get busy. After a couple of complaints, the staff blamed it on the crowd to watch the Pats game. I have had superb service in your restaurant before on a Friday and Saturday night that have seemed much more busy than it was today. An example is we ordered an apple juice for one of our two year olds and didn't receive it till after a half hour of ordering it. I'm not saying we will never come back because we probably will but I was very disappointed with the service today, not only that but with the excuse on why the service was bad today.
  
  Again as someone who owns a company and is in the service business, the last thing you do is look for an excuse. Own up and make it better. Than you for the discounts on the food but we hope our next visit is much better.
